Hello, I'm Matthew.
I'm a chartered surveyor, not a tech company.
I work in residential surveying in London. I started using Claude to take the repetitive work off my desk: drafting replies, chasing people, turning site notes into reports, keeping clients updated.
It worked well enough that I now help other small businesses do the same. I know what it's like to run a busy inbox alongside the real work, so I keep things simple: your jobs, your tools, plain English.
I live in Brentwood, Essex, with my young family. Away from work I'm usually on a golf course trying to get back to the 6 handicap of my youth, following Watford, or worrying about my fantasy football team in a league with my mates from back home in Leighton Buzzard.
What I believe
AI should be boring to use. You shouldn't need to learn prompts or new software. You should ask for something and get it done.
