A 30-minute call
I show you Claude working on a demo business, then we go through your jobs and what each would look like.
Set-up on your computer
I install the Claude desktop app with you and connect your email, calendar and files, whether you use Microsoft 365 or Google.
Your second brain first
Claude learns who your team, clients and suppliers are, what you do and how you write, so everything after sounds like you.
Your jobs, built as skills
Each job becomes a skill: you ask in a sentence, or it runs on a schedule. Simple chasers go out on their own; anything important waits for your OK.
Support while it beds in
We adjust anything that isn't quite right once you've used it for real. After that, a care plan keeps it working.

After set-up, a monthly care plan keeps everything working, and growing. You keep your own Claude account; I look after what's built on it.

Keep it running is paid monthly with 14 days' notice to cancel, or pay for a year up front and get two months free. Your Claude subscription is separate and paid by you. Every Keep it growing build, such as new automations, linking several jobs or connecting other software, is quoted before any work starts.
Questions people ask
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. If you can write an email, you can use this. You ask for things in plain English.
Will it send emails without me seeing them?
Only the simple, low-risk ones, such as invites and invoice chasers. Anything higher-risk, Claude drafts and you approve before it goes.
What do I need to pay for?
Your own paid Claude plan, paid to Anthropic. Set-up is from £1,000 for a sole trader and covers any five of the seven jobs. Any extra jobs of your own are quoted once I've seen them. After that, a care plan is optional: Keep it running is £100 a month, and new builds are quoted on request.
Microsoft or Google?
Either. Claude connects to Microsoft 365 work accounts and to Google accounts.
Where does my data go?
Your emails and files stay in your own accounts. Claude reads them when you ask it to do something.
